How do we organize experiences?
At Maüa we produce artisan chocolates with the Bean to Bar philosophy, using different origins of cocoa. Our passion is to create different, quality chocolates and cocoa-derived products, with a positive impact both socially and environmentally. From cocoa we create elaborations where we combine a tropical element such as cocoa, with ingredients from Mallorca.
In our workshop we work the cocoa from the bean to the final product, that is why in the workshop experience you will be able to learn about our project and the Bean to Bar philosophy.
We will show you our chocolate making process from the bean to the bar.
In addition, you will learn about the different producing countries and about the origins of cocoa and its varieties.
If you like chocolate and want to know more about cocoa, this is a great opportunity, since part of the experience is making your own chocolate bar, and not only that, we finish with an extensive tasting of our products.

What does the visit consist of?
PART 1. OUR HISTORY
You will learn about the history and philosophy of Maüa, where our raw materials come from and what cocoa crops are like in producing countries.
PART 2. THE “CHOCOLATE FACTORY”
You will visit our workshop and discover first-hand how we make our bean-to-bar chocolates. You will make your own chocolate bar.
PART 3. THE TASTING
You will learn how to taste chocolate and what you should keep in mind to enjoy it to the fullest.
